Tia Anderson, Esq., stands at the helm of our prestigious entertainment law firm as its esteemed managing partner. With a dynamic blend of legal acumen, unwavering dedication, and a passion for excellence, Tia has carved a distinct path in the realm of entertainment law, leaving an indelible mark on the industry.Born and raised in Toronto to immigrant parents from Iran, Tia embodies the resilience, determination, and tireless work ethic instilled in her by her family. As a first-generation Canadian. She graduated undergrad from the University of Toronto before relocating to the United States. Tia pursued her legal studies with fervor and ultimately earned her Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School with great distinction, while also being a member of the Law Review.

Danyelle Davis, Esq.

Danyelle Davis was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia. In 2018, she obtained her Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management with a minor in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. Soon after, she furthered her education at Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where she obtained her Doctor of Jurisprudence in 2023. Danyelle was a proud member of the John Marshall Law Journal for two years where she published in two consecutive journals. Danyelle is admitted to practice in the Georgia Supreme Court, The Georgia Superior Court and the Georgia Appeals Court. In her free time, Danyelle enjoys baking, working out, watching basketball, doing arts and crafts and spending time with her fiancé, family and friends.

Lauren Willard-Jelks

Lauren A. Willard-Jelks was born and raised in Clayton County, GA. She graduated with Honors, from Georgia State University and is specialized in International Political Science. Although, a holder of a Bachelor of Arts and Science Degree, Lauren has over 20 years of experience in the world of arts and is both educated and certified in Music Business and Law. Lauren has also worked in Grammy- Award winning studios as an audio engineer, producer, and studio manager. Her catalog of clients has ranged from up and coming artists to Grammy- Award winning artists. In her spare time, if not spending time with her amazing son, you may find Lauren at local open-mics and industry events in Atlanta or in local music studios. She has always flocked wherever music resides and will continue so long music is alive.

Hosaena Mahray was born in Eritrea and moved to the United States in 2008. She graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College with a bachelor's degree in Business Marketing in just three years. Known for her exceptional organizational skills and strong work ethic, Hosaena has proven herself to be a dedicated and hardworking professional. Hosaena has a passion for creative endeavors. Her hobbies include refurbishing furniture and engaging in various do-it-yourself (DIY) projects. 

In her leisure time, Hosaena loves to hike exploring nature trails and picnics at the beach, combining her love for nature with a relaxing seaside atmosphere. Hosaena's multifaceted interests and commitment to excellence make her a well-rounded individual, poised for success in both her personal and professional pursuits.

Elise Assaf is a versatile professional, holding a degree in Environmental Sciences from York University in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. While studying, she obtained her real estate license and specialized in the commercial leasing of retail spaces. Elise is licensed to trade real estate in both New Jersey and Toronto, showcasing her cross-border expertise. Currently serving as an Office Coordinator, her role involves seamless coordination of office operations, reflecting her commitment to efficiency and organizational excellence.
